Miranda Class Starship (Many Variants)

The Miranda Class is one of the biggest projects I have ever done for Star Trek: Continuum. Due to the amount of variants of this ship. I have finished five, and there are still two more variants left to make. I will get to them eventually.

The main model was difficult to make due to the lack of reference. Mainly a lack of "good" blueprints. Most of what i found were inaccurate fan made prints, or even more inaccurate "official" prints. Nothing came close to matching the studio model photos! Which there are plenty of photos of the studio model. You would think such an iconic Sci Fi ship would be well documented. Nope. So i had to resort to "eyeball", "best guess", and hope i got it as close as possible. Therefore the model is not 100% accurate. Some details may be a little "off". Some could be missing all together. However it is "Close Enough". There is a saying. "Perfection is the worst enemy of good enough".

The Five Variants as you can see are The USS Reliant as seen on Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan. A Generic TNG/DS-9 variant (lighter paint scheme, and glowing nacelles). The Lantree (Miranda II) variant. The Miranda II is basically just a Miranda without the roll bar. The Soyuz variant from TNG: Cause, and Effect, and the Saratoga variant seen on the pilot episode of Deep Space Nine.

The missing two variants are the Antares variant, and the Miranda Concept variant. The Antares variant is a Miranda with a triangular shaped "radar" in place of the roll bar. Similar to the Nebula Class. The "Concept" Miranda has the nacelles on top with two torpedo launchers under slung.
